These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Big Blue Doors, LLC, a limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of Presidentz Club and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service") available at presidentzclub.ai and any associated domains.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for use by business professionals and is not directed at consumers for personal, household, or family purposes.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@presidentzclub.ai of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or misleading information.
The Service is offered on a freemium basis. Free accounts are limited to tracking up to eight (8) companies. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features including unlimited company tracking. Current pricing is $10.00 USD per user per month, billed monthly. Pricing is subject to change with thirty (30) days' written notice to active subscribers.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card information. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

The Service and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, data compilations, and the selection and arrangement thereof — are owned by Big Blue Doors, LLC, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only. No rights are granted except those expressly set forth herein. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or trade dress without our prior written consent.
The Service may display information sourced from third-party providers, including publicly available data sources, financial data providers, and news aggregators. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any such third-party content. Such content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice of any kind.
We are not responsible for the content of any third-party websites linked to or from the Service. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIG BLUE DOORS, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Big Blue Doors, LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
Big Blue Doors, LLC expressly reserves the right to assign, transfer, or sell all or substantially all of its assets, business, or interests — including the Presidentz Club service, its user base, subscriber data, source code, intellectual property, domain names, and all related assets — to any third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, corporate reorganization, change of control, financing transaction, or any other business combination or transaction ("Business Transfer").
In the event of a Business Transfer: (a) we will provide notice to registered users via email or a prominent in-app notification at least thirty (30) days prior to the transfer where reasonably practicable; (b) the acquiring party will assume all rights and obligations under these Terms with respect to your account and data; and (c) you may terminate your account prior to the effective date of the transfer if you do not wish your information to be transferred to the new owner. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a Business Transfer constitutes acceptance of the new ownership and any updated terms provided by the acquiring party.
This section shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms and shall be binding on your heirs, successors, and permitted assigns.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@presidentzclub.ai.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Delaware. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through a prominent notice on the Service at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Big Blue Doors, LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and all other provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms are not assignable by you without our prior written consent.
